Nichole has been the Executive Director and County Veterans Service Officer for the office since December 2011. She served as a security specialist in the Air Force for three years and then in public relations for four years. Her husband is a 10 year Air Force veteran; her dad served in Vietnam with the Army and her grandfathers served in the Korean War and World War II. She is a Desert Storm veteran and also served in Bosnia.

Kyle is the Assistant Director and County Veteran Service Officer. He is a four year Air Force veteran where he maintained basewide computer systems. Kyle comes from a family of veterans that include grandfathers, uncles, and cousins. He has been on staff since February 2013.

Frank served in the U.S. Army for 3 years on Active duty and 3 years Inactive reserve.  He retired from Cooper Tire and Rubber Company in 2014 after more than 33 years of service.

Nicole is the offices Administrative Manager and was hired on in August of 2019. She proudly served in the United States Army from 2010-2014 as a Chemical, Biological, Nuclear, Radiological Specialist. While doing her regular military job she also jumped from airplanes during her career. Her husband served in the Army from 2008-2016 and did a tour to Iraq and Afghanistan. Her brother also served in the Army and did a tour in Iraq.

Jack is the Transportation Manager/Office Coordinator here at the Veterans Service Office since July 2013. He is a retired Findlay Police Officer and an Army Veteran having served from 1975-1978.

Ed Newton served in the U.S. Army Reserve and retired after 25 years of service in 2019. He served 2 tours of duty in Operation Iraqi Freedom. (2003,2004,2005,2006). A few highlighted positions held by him in the Reserves were Convoy Commander, Platoon Sergeant, Training NCO and Master Resilience Trainer. His Grandfather was a U.S. Army Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, 507th P.I.R. and jumped into the Invasion of Normandy on D-Day. His Step-Brother Served in the U.S. Navy and operated as a Seabee during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. His previous employment was with Precision Strip for 23 years.

Paul began serving as the Veteran Wellness Coordinator in March of 2021. He is a civilian whose father served with the US Army’s 650th Engineer Topographical Battalion in WWII. Paul has worked for mental health and addictions treatment systems at the state and local levels. His work in the area of systems planning and crisis de-escalation training for law enforcement has received national and state accolades. He currently is the Chapter Coordinator for Guitars4Vets.

Bruce has been a Transportation Coordinator since November, 2014.  He served in the U.S. Army from 1970 – 1972 as an airborne infantry squad leader in Vietnam.  He has previously worked for the City of Findlay as service director, as a manufacturing engineer for TK Budd and M-TEK, and for Northwestern Mutual Life and Marathon Oil Company.
Larry has been a Transportation Coordinator since May 2015. He is a lifelong resident of Hancock County.  He served in the US Army from 1963-1966.  Larry worked for Intersil Corp. prior to retiring from GEM Energy Services.
Warren served in the U.S. Army from 1965-1968 at Ft. Gordon, GA.  He attended Georgia Tech on the Augusta campus. Warren returned to Findlay in 1981 where he was Self Employed for more than 30 years.
Linn served in the Navy from 1969-1973 aboard the USS Providence CLGG.  He joined the veterans team in 2017 as a transportation coordinator.
Mary Ward has been a transportation coordinator since November 2017.  She previously drove for HATS with the Community Action Commission and J&J Limo and was also self-employed for many years.  Mary attended Owen’s Community College for criminal justice and has been a Hancock County resident since 1983.
Tom Parke joined the transportation team in April of 2018. He is retired from the Findlay Fire Department and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1968-1972.
Dan Harmon was born in Toledo, lived in Findlay/ Hancock County since 1984, and graduated Findlay High School 1989. He has been married for 31 years with two children and one grandchild. He retired as a Sergeant from Findlay Police after 30 years in law enforcement.  He lives on a small farm south of Arlington. He is a Captain with Southwest Hancock County Fire District and an EMT with Appleseed EMS and he serves as the Findlay/ Hancock County Crisis Intervention Coordinator.  He spent a short time in Army Reserves with the 342nd MP Company. He enjoys outdoor activities and being with my family
Larry Burrell was born and raised in Findlay and graduated from the FHS Class of 1969.  He has been married to his wife, Ann for 42 years and they reside in Vanlue. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. He retired as a truck driver in 2014 from Cooper Tire after 35 years of service.  He enjoys fishing, camping, hunting and old cars.
John Eisenhour served in the U.S. Air Force from 1972-1978 as a C-130 aircrew member with the 50th Tactical Airlift Squadron at Little Rock AFB, AR.  They performed aerial drops of paratroopers, equipment, cargo and supplies in support of military operations. He provided search, rescue and recovery missions and aeromedical evacuations. He has been a resident of Hancock County since 2004 and he retired from Nissin Brake in 2016 after 27 years of service.
